Did you catch the new Google Home commercial this past Christmas season? I will tell you that not only did my kids love it, but I thought it was pretty genius myself. It was great to see Macaulay Culkin looking good and back on the silver (sorta) screen again.
Here’s what I liked most about the commercial… they managed to make it relatable and modern for today without losing what made the Home Alone movie special back in 1990.
In other words, they were true to their identity. You can say they kept the Home Alone brand in tact. See how I used this movie from 28 years ago to weave in a comment about branding? I’ll stop there and just let you enjoy this commercial.
